Free Preventive Dental Services for Teens

Kids in middle school and high school from low-income families are invited to the , on , for free preventative dental services, a movie, games and more. Snacks will be provided by United Dairymen of Idaho. Services provided will include: screenings, fluoride varnish, dental sealants, referral, education and needed dental supplies at no cost. Appointments and signatures from parents or guardians are required. Consent forms are available at the event or online.
