A memorial service for 1st Lt. Mathew Fazzari, a 2010 Gonzaga alumnus who was killed in combat this year, will begin in the University Chapel, located on the third floor of College Hall, with a reception to follow in the foyer of the Magnuson Theatre (also in College Hall). Fazzari, from Walla Walla, Wash., was killed in combat June 6 in Afghanistan when the helicopter he was in was struck by enemy gunfire.
