Signing of her book “41D Man of Valor,” about her husband Randal “Randy” Simmons multi-faceted life and accomplishments before his death in 2008 during an 11-hour hostage rescue standoff while a California SWAT officer. Simmons was a Washington State University alumnus and football player, and his son Matthew is currently a WSU student and football player.
