Good Samaritan Society Spokane Valley will have Spokane Mayor David Condon as the guest speaker. He will be reading the honor roll of veterans and sharing insight on Veteran’s Day. There will be special guests from the fire and police departments and from Spokane Valley City Council in attendance.
