Learn what goes into a bottle of quality hard fruit cider - a rapidly growing, boutique small farm production niche. Tree fruit specialist Gary Moulton, who has worked extensively with the development of the hard cider industry in Western Washington, will present an overview including varietal selection, fertilization needs, grow/harvest information along with a look at production steps from harvest to glass.
