Pilates/Yoga Blend

Mat-based class uses Pilates to strengthen the core/Powerhouse and yoga to build strength and flexibility, increase confidence and develop mental clarity. Modifications offered for all levels of fitness. Participants must be able to move from floor to standing poses with ease.
