Hear Bill Howell, from North Idaho Wolf Alliance, discuss The Idaho Hunting and Fishing Amendment, also known as HJR2, which will appear on the November 6 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. The measure would add to the Idaho Constitution the right to hunt, fish and trap in the state.
