Direct Marketing Meat workshops
This four part series, offered by WSU Extension, is designed to help livestock producers identify and manage the many new risks they take on take on when they begin a direct marketing meat business. Workshops are Nov. 1, Grand Coulee; Dec. 13, Soap Lake; Jan. 10, Ritzville; and Feb. 5, Spokane. Registration is for all four workshops.
