Double-feature evening beginning with the 1933 Marx Brothers musical “Duck Soup,” a spoof on how moronic politics can lead to unnecessary war. Concluding the evening will be the W.C. Fields-Mae West comedy western “My Little Chickadee,” the 1940 film largely written by West, though Fields provided some scripted scenes as well. The Advocates for the Bing Crosby Theater (ABCT) presents its fall film series “Best of the Political Movie Classics.”
