Aug. 16-19 and 23-26. Presented by Idaho Repertory Theatre. Set in a creative drama class, the story tells of instructor “Marty” and her eclectic mix of students as they slog through acting games that push emotions and abilities, or lack thereof, to the limit. But, as often trying times will do, the experience builds connections and relationships that will endure well after students are outside the classroom walls. It is the winner of the Obie Award for best new play. Performances at 7:30 p.m. nightly with 2 p.m. matinees on Sundays.
