“David Douglas: A Naturalist at Work”

“David Douglas: A Naturalist at Work,” Scottish naturalist David Douglas (1799-1834) traveled the Columbia River and interior Northwest identifying and collecting over 200 species of plants, animals and birds previously unknown to science. (Douglas Fir) This is an exhibit filled with geography, science, art and cultural history, Sept. 22-Aug. 24. Hours are Wednesdays-Sundays, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and first and second Fridays until 8 p.m.
