Walk for Wishes

Make-A-Wish Washington is hosting its third annual event. This 5K walk and fun run is a family-friendly event that will generate funds to help grant the wishes of local children with life-threatening medical conditions. Food, beverages and family entertainment provided. Registration is free but a minimum $100 fundraising goal is encouraged for each participant to support future wish granting. To qualify for a 2012 Walk for Wishes T-shirt, the minimum fundraising amount of $100 must be met by Aug. 24. The top individual and team fundraisers will be awarded prizes and trophies.
