Sept. 21-23. Features a pancake breakfast, hot air balloons, custom car show, the Step Up for Down Syndrome Walk, Babyfest, three Entertainment Stages, Taste of the Valley wine tasting, Astronomy night, an outdoor movie and nearly 250 booths. The Hearts of Gold Parade on Friday, Sept. 21 at 7:30 p.m. Celebrating the 2012 International Year of Community and Sustainability, Valleyfest has been an annual tradition bringing together nearly 35,000 community members of Spokane Valley since 1990.
