Appointments are necessary for the free tests offered Dec. 1 at the following four North Idaho locations: The Panhandle Health District, 8500 N. Atlast Road, Hayden. (208) 415-5270; The St. Maries PHD office, 137 N. Eighth, St. Maries. (208) 245-4556; PHD Kellogg, 114 Riverside Ave. (208) 786-7474; and PHD Sandpoint at 1020 Michigan St., (208) 263-5159. Sandpoint PHD also offers testing by appointment on Dec. 5-6.
