Sept. 22-23. First prize and Gold Medal winner in the XIV International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow, pianist Daniil Trifonov has quickly become one of the hottest young artists in the classical music world. He will join the Spokane Symphony and Maestro Ecjart Preu to perform Prokofiev’s electrifying Third Piano Concerto. Part of the Classics concert series. Performances Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m.
