Afternoon of wine, art and raffles. Paint alongside a professional artist and the piece chosen in Spokane Starry Night. All materials included in fee and participants will take their painting home. All proceeds donated to Spokane Falls Trout Unlimited to improve signage along the Spokane River in an effort to prevent illegal fish poaching. Age 21 and older only.
