Spokane Braille Rally and Car Show for the Blind

Second annual rally with teams of consisting of two people, a sighted driver and a navigator who is blind and reads out the directions from Braille. Featuring a hands-on car show of vintage, unique and speciality vehicles to be judged by the blind solely on touch and feel. Rally will kick off with a “Call to Position” by Spokane Mayor David Condon. Lunch and rally award ceremony at noon.
