“The Tempest”
April 27–May 6. The William Shakespeare classic about wizardry, young lovers, old grudges and ultimate grace. The aging magician, Prospero, discovers forgiveness after his young daughter, Miranda, shows him the path to redemption in this most popular and comedic of Shakespeare’s romance stories.**Special entertainment will include performances by the Whitman Renaissance Faire dancers before the April 26 and April 27 shows. Student matinees are scheduled for May 2 and 3 at 10:30 am and will be followed by a 15-minute question and answer session with the actors.
