U.S. Navy Seals Fitness Challenge

Here’s your chance to measure-up against America’s elite! Challenge yourself at this exciting community event where real U.S. Navy SEALs will put you through a grueling series of timed physical fitness challenges that test your strength and endurance. This event is designed to mirror the SEAL initial physical screening test. You’ll be motivated, challenged and inspired! This event is open to all men and women, ages 13 and up. Fitness challenge components are as follows: * Swim: 500-yard swim. * Push-Ups: Participants complete as many Navy SEAL pushups in 2-minutes as possible. * Sit-ups: Following the Navy Seal form, participants complete as many sit-ups in 2-minutes as possible. * Pull-ups: Competitors are not limited by a time frame and attempt to complete as many dead-hang pull-ups as possible. * 1.5 Mile Run. On-Site Activities: In addition to the fitness challenge, there will be a variety of booths and demonstrations on-site put on by the U.S. Navy SEALs and event partners. Families and friends are encouraged to come out and watch.
