Now in its seventh year, Valleygirl Triathlon is a Women’s Only Sprint Distance Triathlon throughout the City of Liberty Lake. The event consists of a 1/3 mile swim, 12-mile bike, and 3-mile run and draws nearly 600 participants each year.
