Upcoming classes include: Jan. 22 at 6 p.m., “Lihamurekepiiras (Pastry Wrapped Meatloaf),” learn to make a unique and delicious Finnish meatloaf that is wrapped in a flaky sour-cream pastry, followed by a dinner party, $45; Jan. 24 at 6 p.m., “Soup Gone Wild,” learn to make the soup stock, minestrone soup, creamy sweet potato and rosemary soup and homemade chicken and dumplings, $45.
