Dark Chocolate Hand-Rolled Wine Truffle Classes
Chocolate Myracles’ Master Chocolatier, Julia Balassa-Myracle will demonstrate how to make cream-based ganache and hand rolled truffles. Students will choose from a selection of coatings to flavor a pound of dark chocolate ganache that they can take home along with a pound of Belgian milk chocolate.
