Ashé West African Drum and Dance, Spokane Area Youth Choirs, Michael and Keleren Millham of Sidhe, Extension Chords Jazz Duo of Nick Schauer and Chuck Swanson and cellists of the Spokane Symphony will perform to benefit Crosswalk, a nonprofit agency of Volunteers of America and Spokane’s teen shelter that helps more than a thousand homeless and troubled youth each year. This year Crosswalk will earmark the money raised for GED testing. In the past the community colleges paid for the testing, but because of budget cuts, they can only pay for a small portion. And this year kids must also have ID cards to take their GED tests. Also, included is a raffle of gift baskets. Raffle tickets are $1 each.
