Nov. 30 and Dec. 1. Presented by the Inland Northwest Culinary Academy. Event will feature student designed menu items, tableside preparation, seasonal ingredients and local products, student-crafted desserts, an optional wine accompaniment and more. Pre-payment is required. Reservations available for 5:30, 6, 6:30 and 7 p.m.
