Looking for something to do tonight?

Head downtown to The Knitting Factory and get jiggy with Dropkick Murphys. This Irish-American Celtic punk band from Massachusetts is rumored to put on one hell of a high-energy show.

Kilts, tattoos, banjos, accordians and bagpipes – how could it not be a party?

Doors open at 7 and the party starts with The Flatliners, The Insurgance and Random Noise, at 8.

I just checked and Tickets West is SOLD OUT of tickets; but the Knitting Factory box office opens at 5 … feeling lucky? Tickets – if you can get ‘em – are $25 at the door.

I'm going to this concert tonight! I will let you know how it goes. And seriously, how do you always blog about what I am up to?! It's crazy! :) No wonder I like Fabulocity so stinkin much! :)

Lucky! Let me know how it goes … although I'm pretty sure it's going to be totally effing AWESOME!
And as far as me always blogging about what you're up to: It's either a totally creepy “coincidence” (as in, I'm your biggest fan) or you're one fabulously hip chica who knows where all the cool kids hang out ;)

So, the concert was awesome! I was a little nervous about the “screamo” music, but really it's not screamo at all. It's more like Irish drinking songs! It really reminded me of St. Patty's Day (my favorite holiday, btw). I just wanted to raise my stein (which happened to be a plastic cup) and sing along. It was a great time! And the VIP seats (that Spokane7 gives away in the contest on the homepage) are AWESOME! We couldn't have asked for better seats and my boyfriend was in heaven being so close to the band!
