One more for the trail

After a big leap last year, Ales for the Trail returns this weekend with another step forward.

The fifth annual event to benefit the North Idaho Centennial Trail Foundation is Saturday from 2 to 8 p.m. in Coeur d’Alene’s  McEuen Park. It features 32 breweries and cideries – up from last year’s 26, and double the 16 from the year before.

Tickets are $30, which includes your first six 5-ounce pours (extras are $2 each). There also will be food from Veraci Pizza, The Wurst Guy and Taco Works, and live music by Kosh and Nu Jack City. Ride your bike and park it in the free corral.
