Final buzzer

Rick Bonino

Several area breweries and craft beer bars have special plans for Monday night's Gonzaga-North Carolina championship showdown, including some that aren't usually open:

– The first 200 people purchasing a pint at No-Li starting at 3:30 will receive a souvenir T-shirt. (No-Li also has struck a bet with Carolina Brewery in Chapel Hill, home of the Tarheels: Brewers from the losing city will travel to the winner's location to do a guest brew, and a toast in their taproom when it's ready.)

– Perry Street opens at 4 and will show the game on its 12-foot high-definition projection screen.

River City is offering $2 pints and $10 growler fills.

– Post Falls Brewing is taking $1 off pints during the game.

Selkirk Abbey will have the game on the tube along with beer specials.

English Setter will open at 5:30 with $4 pints.

Badass Backyard Brewing will open at 5 (food welcome).

Twelve String will serve free pulled pork sliders.

Big Barn opens at 5 with a potluck burrito bar.

– Also on Green Bluff, 238 Brewing, which reopened for the season over the weekend, will open at 5 with a chili potluck.

– All day long, The Lantern Tap House is pouring $2.50 pints of Deschutes Fresh Squeezed IPA and Georgetown Johnny Utah Pale, the finalists in its Month of Madness Craft Beer Bracket.

Republic Pi is offering $2 pints and wings for $8 per pound.

– Enoteca in Post Falls will have $4 pricing on all beers sold in pints or half pints, along with a $6 Bulldog cocktail (plus hot dogs and Polish sausages).

– Hayden's Mad Bomber will have the game on two big screens with 50 cents off beers and raffle prizes.

– Just down the street, Heritage Meats has $9.99 growler fills on 10 of its taps, plus prime rib and smoked brisket specials.

– The North Spokane Growler Guys is offering a free take-and-bake pizza all day with the purchase of any three crowler cans.

– The South Hill Growler Guys is taking $2 off 64-ounce fills and $1 off 32-ounce fills.

Trickster's will take $3 off growler fills if you mention their Facebook post.

– Say "Zag Up" to get $1 off beer and wine glass pours at Bottles on Argonne.

– On the flip side, both Manito Tap House and The Blackbird are closing early at 3 p.m.
