Spokane Craft Beer Week organizers have officially announced the six collaboration beers being featured during the event May 11-17.

A dozen breweries from throughout the Inland Northwest teamed up to produce the special offerings, which include:

- Steam Setter, a malty red IPA from the Steam Plant and English Setter.

- Tower of Sour, a blend of five in-progress sours from the cellars of Iron Goat and Paradise Creek.

- JazzyWag, a Belgian golden strong ale with sweet orange and lavender by Twelve String and Laughing Dog.

- Barn City Flower Power, a floral session IPA brewed with lavender along with Amarillo and Cascade hops by Big Barn and River City.

- SMaSH Bock, a strong single-malt, single-hop German-style lager featuring rich Bonlander Munich malt and spicy Saaz hops, from Waddell’s and Wallace.

- Raspberry Gose, a flavored Belgian-style sour wheat beer by Ramblin’ Road and MickDuff's.

All will be poured in a special event Tuesday, May 12 at No-Li, which also will be tapping a new batch of its recently released Oyster Stout, a collaboration of sorts using fresh mollusks from Taylor Shellfish Farms of Shelton, Wash.

The JazzyWag will first be introduced that Monday at Twelve String, while Steam Setter will be released at English Setter on Tuesday. Several of the collaborations will be poured along with live music at Big Barn on Green Bluff the afternoon of Sunday, May 17.

Perry Street’s Ben Lukes and Manito Tap House owner Patrick McPherson also are cooking up a joint recipe that will be tapped at Manito that Monday, while River City and The Lantern Tap House are releasing their own collaboration firkin-style at the Lantern on Tuesday.
