If the Boots fits, then you should eat it

When you see the word "vegan," the first word that comes to mind is NOT necessarily tasty. But look at that photo above. It's something my wife bought at Boots Bakery & Lounge, some sort of a mixed-berry concoction that wasn't just tasty. It was scrumptious.

Hard to believe that something so good could be also healthy. But as the Boots web site says, "We like to keep things fresh. We are completely vegan, mostly gluten-free, and our corn and soy is non-GMO."

Yeah, and it all tastes good, too. Important point.
