Iceberg ahead

I read somewhere that iceberg lettuce has the same nutirtional value as a rock; actually less than that because if you lick a rock there's a good chance you'll come away with a toungeful of trace mineral that might do your body good. BUT, if you ladel heaps of bleu cheese dressing, red onions and bacon on top of iceberg, you've got yourself a wedgie with a healthy dose of protein and flavor. Right? Right.

The wedge in the pic came from Outback Steakhouse in the Valley. It was good (especially when you consider it was purchased with a gift card!), but if you're looking for a wedgie with a little more personality, get yourself to Casper Fry in the Perry Disctrict (I mean, seriously, theirs comes with pork belly croutons).
