You can get your salmon here

Even though we're yet not in salmon season, you can still enjoy the taste of that delicious fish. As the photo above shows, you can get salmon at some of the best of Spokane's eateries. My most recent favorite is Vintages @ 611, which serves an entree salad of Blackened Salmon — a dish that has the added attraction of being gluten-free.

Should be enough to get you through until the 2013 season for all types of fresh fish gets fully under way. And, yes, you can depend on Rich Landers to give you the inside report.
