This SpIFF documentary is for the birds

You don't have to be a birdwatcher to like the documentary "Winged Migration." You only need to be a fan of good photography and science documentaries. Either way, "Winged Migration, the second entry in the 2012 Professor Series - put on by the Spokane International Film Festival - will be screened at 7 tonight at the Magic Lantern. The screening is sponsored by Friends of Turnbull National Wildlife Refuge will be hosted by Paul Lindholdt of Eastern Washington University. Tickets are $7, $5 for students with valid ID.
