This day was made for a bowl

A bowl of Saranac's Veggie Chili, that is. Ordinarly I'm all about the meat, but something about the hearty mix of beans and veg and simple spices in this dish soothes the carnivore in me. This one is on the menu every day (lucky us!) but the gurus in the kitchen come up with fresh bowls of goodness all the time. 

The website is under construction at the moment, but troll their Facebook page for a sampling of all the flavors you can savor.
