That cookie you see on the above plate is all that's left of the dessert that my friend Kathleen and I shared following our lunch today at the Nordstrom Cafe. Kathleen had an Asian chicken salad, while I had a chicken, apple and goat cheese salad.
It was all pretty good. But … the cookie. Oh, that cookie was divine. Chocolate chip, coconut, just a dash of vanilla. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Good thing we shared only one. I might still be there, savoring each and every bite.
Not sure the store management would appreciate that.
