I met some friends for drinks and appetizers Wednesday night at Clover, the upscale eatery in the Gonzaga district (tucked behind the gas station on the northeast corner of Hamilton and Sharp). And the experience was just about perfect — late-afternoon sun, crisp glasses of red wine (others drank mojitos, gin and tonics, etc.) and a range of dishes from stuffed artichoke to salmon cakes to shrimp polenta.
The photo above is of the entrance. I figured that would make for a better image than just another plate of food. But I'm not sure you can make out the name. Whatever. Go and discover the place for yourself.
