My kind of Stir Fry

We devoured this heaping plate of Buttermilk Bleu Fries last week while taking part in Stir’s Every Woman Can fundraiser.

Pommes frites tossed in truffle oil, topped with buttermilk bleu cheese creme sauce, bleu cheese crumbles and fresh basil, drizzled with a balsamic reduction.

Just crispy enough. Just tangy enough. Just delicious enough that you can’t stop.
